These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Viral Crafts website and any purchase of products from AVID WEB SOLUTIONS. By browsing, creating an account, or placing an order you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility & account

You confirm you are legally capable of entering a binding contract under Indian law, that information you provide is accurate, and that you will keep login / OTP credentials confidential. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or repeated RTO / policy misuse.

3. Products, colours & sizing

  • Product images are illustrative. Slight shade, print placement, or texture variation may occur with handcrafted, dyed, or printed textiles.
  • Please use the size chart on each product and our Size guide. Try-on for fit is fine; washed or used garments are not eligible for return.
  • We may update product descriptions, stock, and prices without prior notice, except for orders already accepted.

4. Pricing & taxes

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Checkout shows the payable total before you confirm. We may correct obvious pricing or typographical errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund of amounts paid.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Order confirmation / payment success does not by itself guarantee acceptance if an item is out of stock, flagged for fraud review, or subject to a pricing error. Acceptance typically occurs when we confirm the order or hand it to the courier for dispatch.

6. Payments

  • Online: UPI, cards, net banking, and other methods enabled by our payment gateway.
  • COD: where offered for your PIN and order value; payable to the courier at delivery.
  • Failed, incomplete, or disputed payments may delay or cancel fulfilment. Chargebacks without first contacting us may lead to account restrictions.

You agree to indemnify AVID WEB SOLUTIONS / Viral Crafts against claims arising from your misuse of the site, false information, or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

14. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer rights, courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms periodically. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms where allowed by law.
